Returns and Exchange

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you can send the item back, and we will process your exchange. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation & Modification

To cancel your order, contact our customer support team between 12pm - 9 pm with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation and refund.
No, there is no cancellation fee if the order is canceled within 24 hours.
If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed time, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
